Alinity made an appearance in a lawsuit against Twitch. Erik Estavillo, a Twitch user who is from California has filed a civil suit asking for $25 million damages from Twitch due to their exposure to "overly sexually suggestive content by female streamers" when they logged on to the website. According to Dexerto's court records Estavillo had before sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard made the complaint on June 15 and Twitch was given an official summons later that day. In the lawsuit, filed in the Santa Clara Superior Court of California, Estavillo suffers from several medical issues that require him to completely rely on the internet to get his entertainment, as well as having an obsessive-compulsive disorder, and sexual addiction that plaintiff claims Twitch only makes worse. There are also female Twitch streamers and stated that they "continue to expose viewers to sexually addictive material and material on a frequent and constant basis." Alinity was not listed. In the request for relief, it wants to ban streamers for life who violated Twitch Terms of Service. A total of $25 million is asked for, "to be divided between the plaintiff as well as other Twitch primary Turbo subscribers" with the remainder going to charities. Alinity Alinity Alinity
